As we continue to journey with our marginalised communities, NCCDO brings you the news of the second mentorship and career guidance program held in St. Joseph Secondary School under the theme : Developing academic resilience in the face of crisis. This theme is quite significant in the sense that it encompasses the academic prowess and encourages the students to excel regardless of the contextual predicament.

We endeavour to help the marginalized people to envision clear career paths, develop confidence and good communication abilities, engage and participate in social activities, develop strategies to excel in academia in the context of our region and more, hence the need for mentorship and career guidance programs.

Together we can restore the lost hope for the marginalized people of the Nuba Mountains.

We work as a community, for the community and with the community to make right recognition a reality.
